## Description

Consumables are as critical as the instrument itself. Labsense stocks a complete range of Katanax crucibles, casting moulds, flux, and aids for fusion digestion, with 24-hour delivery to contract customers.

All materials are supplied with batch traceability and certificates — a prerequisite for accredited laboratories that must be able to document the reagent source in every analysis.

## Service & support

Fusion digestion requires reliable crucibles, moulds and precisely controlled induction — otherwise the entire XRF workflow is affected. Our Katanax technicians service the fusion system so daily operation and sample repeatability hold across shifts.

- Annual check of induction, temperature profile and motion axes with documented protocol.
- Stocked platinum and graphite crucibles, casting moulds and lithium-based flux in the Nordics.
- Preventive replacement of wear parts (lift arms, sensors, heat shields) before failure.
