Our history
Operations began in Finland 2016.
Labsense Oy was founded 2016 by technicians with extensive backgrounds in analytical instrument distribution in Finland. The business was built from the first installation as a contract partner model: a company that takes responsibility for instrument selection, commissioning, calibration, and service throughout the instrument's entire lifespan. Ten years of Nordic industrial installations later, the Finnish customer base is mature, and service contracts are in their second and third cycles for the majority of customers.
Year 2026 the business expanded to Sweden under the name Labsense. The Swedish entity was launched with a portfolio of manufacturers matched to Swedish industry and Nordic operations.
Ownership
Long-term owner: Bergman & Beving.
Bergman & Beving acquired Labsense 2024. Bergman & Beving is a Swedish industrial group founded 1906 and is currently listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The business is built around long-term ownership of Nordic distribution companies in industry and technology.
A ten-year service contract requires the provider to remain for just as long.

Operations are run from two offices. The Finnish head office in Nokia handles Nordic service and delivery coordination. The Swedish office from 2026 is responsible for Swedish business and customer-facing application support.
Service and engineer capacity together with a central spare parts warehouse are located in the Nordic region, providing Nordic coverage with on-site engineers within the agreed response time. We deliver across the Nordic countries, provide support in local languages and adapt documentation to your quality system.

We operate as a single integrated partner — a supplier that takes responsibility for the measurement chain from instrument selection to ongoing service. Three service contracts are tailored to the plant's criticality and operating model. Operator training, periodic calibration, and spare-parts logistics are defined per level.
