    On-site commissioning

    Our technicians install the instrument at your site, set parameters for the process, and verify function before handover.

    Remote commissioning

    For instruments capable of remote configuration, we offer a faster and cost-effective start-up without an on-site visit.

    Remote support & troubleshooting

    We resolve many downtimes via remote connection so you can get back up and running without waiting for a technician's visit.

    Periodic calibration

    Traceable calibration according to the agreed cycle. Calibration certificates are documented against your quality systems.

    On-site repair & spare parts

    Repairs are normally performed on site at your facility by our technicians. Spare parts are stocked in the Nordics for delivery within 24–48 hours.

    Operator training

    Practical training on the instrument, its calibration, and daily maintenance. Quick start guides and maintenance schedule included.

    Our collaboration with you begins before the instrument is ordered and continues for the duration of the agreement. Here are the seven steps.

    Needs analysis

    We review your processes, applications, and precision requirements. Together we define which instrument is the right fit and which service arrangement suits you best.

    Configuration and delivery

    We specify the instrument according to your requirements and manage the logistics all the way to your facility.

    3.

    Commissioning

    Our technicians install the instrument on-site, adjust parameters to your process, and verify function before handover.

    4.

    Operator training

    Your operators receive hands-on training on the instrument, its calibration and daily maintenance. Scope is tailored to the instrument and service contract.

    5.

    Periodic calibration

    We return according to the agreed cycle for traceable calibration and functional checks. Calibration certificates are documented according to your quality systems.

    6.

    Troubleshooting

    In the event of an operational disruption, our technicians respond within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Spare parts are stocked in the Nordic region for rapid delivery.

    7.

    Long-term monitoring

    We follow up to ensure the agreement matches your operational needs over time. When conditions change, we adjust the level or scope.

    Nittoseiko (lab analysis of halogens, sulphur, nitrogen), NIC (mercury) and KPM Analytics (on-line moisture measurement).

    Metallurgy and smelting

    Katanax (fusion), Preekem (microwave digestion), Nittoseiko and NIC (lab analysis).

    Refining and petrochemicals

    NIC (mercury analysis) and Nittoseiko (lab analysis of halogens and sulphur).

    It is rarely enough for the instrument to work — it must deliver the right results on the right sample. Our application specialists support you all the way from initial method setup to ongoing optimisation.

    Application support

    Assistance with matrix correction, calibration strategy and troubleshooting of aberrant measurement values, by telephone, via remote connection or on-site. Includes the manufacturer's application team when required.

    Operator training

    Hands-on training for your operators on-site, covering instrument handling, daily checks, calibration routines and troubleshooting. Tailored per instrument and shift team. Available as an option in service contracts.

    Method development

    We develop and validate methods for new sample types, applications, or regulatory requirements. Results are documented according to your quality routines and can be submitted to accreditation bodies.
