The L/LE series are workhorses for routine ashing of environmental and material samples. Program control with up to 9 segments provides reproducible temperature ramps, and forced convection (optional) ensures uniform heat distribution even in full batches.

The models can be qualified with temperature mapping protocols for accredited labs and integrated into validated analytical processes via Nabertherm VCD software.

High- and low-temperature furnaces are workhorse equipment where elements, insulation and controllers wear over time. Our Nabertherm technicians keep the L/LE muffle furnace series in calibrated condition for materials analysis and thermal processes.

• Annual temperature calibration with traceable probe (multi-point per AMS 2750/ISO 17025).
• Original parts: heating elements, thermocouples, insulation, controllers.
• Operational assessment and preventive replacement of element bridges before failure.
