P3 is Preekem's flagship in automated microwave digestion. An industrial robotic arm handles the loading and unloading of up to 96 reaction vessels per run, providing genuine unsupervised overnight operation and freeing up operator time for more skilled tasks.

Smart connectivity links the instrument directly to the plant's LIMS; sample identity, method parameters and results are traced through the entire chain without manual transfer. For pharmaceutical and other regulated environments, the system is developed with 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH Q4D support as standard.

P3 is designed for facilities exceeding the point where manual loading can no longer keep pace with daily volume. The investment is justified by reduced operator time per sample, shorter method development cycles, and the ability to run accredited workflows outside regular working hours.
