Nittoseiko instruments cover four of Labsense's six segments. In petrochemicals and refinery, NSX/AQF provides total sulphur, nitrogen and halogen analysis. In environmental laboratories, AQF handles halogen, sulphur and PFAS screening in waste, biomass and water. For batteries & recycling, Loresta-FX is used for electrode resistivity and AQF for halogens in materials. In metals & smelters, GT-310 contributes wet chemical titration and NSX trace sulphur in metal products.
We offer service contracts with annual planned service by our own engineers, for improved operational reliability and stable measurement quality over time. Commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and original spare parts are included as per agreement.
Nittoseiko instruments work to reference methods that your QA organisation and your customers' auditors already recognise. Initial calibration is performed against certified reference materials and the site's own laboratory method. Recalibration is scheduled according to the agreed service plan.

Nittoseiko AQF/NSX is a halogen analyser and sulphur analyser (combustion + IC) for organic and inorganic samples. Customers frequently evaluate us side by side with the following systems.
multi EA and compEAct are well established for TOX/AOX/EOX and sulphur. The AQF-5000 and NSX-5000 offer the same analytical principle — pyrohydrolytic combustion coupled to ion chromatography — with dedicated autosamplers for solid and liquid samples respectively, and Nordic service through Labsense.
Trace Elemental (TE Instruments) delivers combustion IC for halogens and sulphur in the same application field as AQF. Nittoseiko AQF has separate horizontal (5000H) and vertical (5000V) furnaces to handle the matrix range from light solvents to heavy polymers.
Metrohm IC systems coupled to a Mitsubishi/Analytik Jena combustion module are a common combination. AQF-5000 is a fully integrated system where combustion, gas absorption and IC are calibrated as a single unit — fewer interfaces to maintain.
For water content by Karl Fischer, the Metrohm 870/899 or Mettler Toledo V-series are commonly used. The Nittoseiko KF-51 is a compact volumetric KF titrator tailored for petrochemicals, food and polymers, serviced in the Nordic region by Labsense.
