Description
MCT-560 is the processor that integrates NIR sensors, brightness and Kappa meters into a unified measurement system interfacing with the paper mill's DCS. Each measurement point can be configured with its own calibration models and alarm limits.
A built-in web server provides operators access to trend curves, alarms, and calibration history without a dedicated PC. OPC UA connectivity simplifies integration with plant-wide control systems.
