MCT460 is KPM Analytics' established online NIR sensor for non-contact measurement of moisture and coat weight in pulp & paper and board manufacturing. The sensor has a broad application base in the Nordic region and is supplied with a Fibox field module for straightforward PLC integration.

MCT460 serves as a robust choice when the application does not require MCT560's premium configuration. Commissioning, application calibration and a service contract are included; application support is verified against the site's own laboratory method and certified reference materials.
