MCT566 is KPM Analytics' online NIR sensor specifically developed for snack food production. The extended wavelength range enables accurate measurement of both moisture and oil/fat in crisps, nuts, breakfast cereals and bakery products, directly in-line after frying or baking.

The sensor is hygienically designed for food environments and integrates with the plant's control system for feedback to frying temperature, oven control or oil dosing. Application calibration is built against the plant's own laboratory method (loss on drying + Soxhlet/Mojonnier).
