Industrial online NIR sensor for continuous moisture measurement directly in process, on a web, conveyor or in free fall. Compact mechanics, IP-rated housing and 4–20 mA / Modbus output make it ready for line installation without a separate cabinet.

NIR-7000 is KPM Analytics' online NIR sensor for continuous moisture measurement in industrial process. The sensor is based on diffuse reflectance in the NIR range and delivers stable measurement directly above the web, conveyor or free-fall stream — without sampling, fume cupboard or drying loss.

The sensor integrates with PLC or DCS systems via 4–20 mA or Modbus and drives feedback in drying, dosing or quality alarms. Application calibration is built against the plant's own laboratory method and certified reference materials, and is maintained through Labsense application support and service contracts.
